The Retreat at TimberRidge (R@TR) Community Development Advisory Group (CDAG) has established a secure website with centralized and on-line resources, to enable all R@TR homeowners to get involved, research, and review activities impacting our community and the surrounding areas.

The primary goal of this website is to enable R@TR homeowners to collaborate and share information that improve the quality of our our lives and the neighborhood. This includes staying informed and involved in community planning and development activities that impacts us and the surrounding environment. To be successful, we need to build relationships and do what we can to influence the developers, builders, and El Paso County leadership who are driving growth and development in our community.

We need to stay connected and leverage our relationships with the many county services that we rely upon as tax payers such as the El Paso County fire, rescue and sheriff departments. A neighborhood watch program is being established so we can look out for each other.

We came to the Retreat at TimberRidge with the intention of living in a great community surrounded by the beautiful landscape and wildlife. It will take all of us getting involved at some level of community participation to meet our common goals. Please get involved and share information that you find to be relevant.
